Well, I received a tip from a good friend to begin blogging. She is doing great with running. I've been inspired to join her, but not with running just yet. I am committing to workout everyday, a little strength training with some cardio. Don't get too bored yet. I will promise to start with 20 minutes a day. Today I did this weird yoga type workout. It is gonna be a little sore tomorrow. I will let ya know how I feel then. Anyways, pretty new at this blogging business. Until tomorrow,
